Website use
The 365 Drains website is provided to help customers learn about services, check active service areas, contact the company, request estimates, and request appointments. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit false or unlawful information.
Estimate requests
An online estimate request is a request for review. It is not a final quote, contract, authorization to perform work, or guarantee of price. Scope, pricing, availability, and any required approvals are confirmed separately by 365 Drains.
Appointment requests
Submitting an online booking request does not guarantee an appointment unless the confirmation page specifically states that the appointment is confirmed. Requests that require manager approval remain pending until confirmed by 365 Drains.
Emergency service
The website may display 24/7 emergency-service availability. For an urgent drain or sewer problem, call 413-667-4998. Online scheduling availability and emergency phone response are separate.
Service areas
Website service-area and ZIP information is intended to identify active coverage. Property-specific availability can still depend on access, scheduling, job conditions, and other operational factors. Contact 365 Drains if you need confirmation for a particular address.
Payments
No payment is considered completed merely because information was entered on the website. A payment is complete only after it is accepted and confirmed through an authorized payment method or processor.

Changes
